- Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate asset details, including known substrate issues and current roof age, during the intake process.
- Assessment Process: Our assessments may include desktop reviews and on-site forensic audits. Quotes provided are based on visible conditions; any hidden structural fatigue discovered during the “Tear-Off” phase will be documented and addressed via a change order.
3. Project Execution & Professionalism
- Timelines: We strive for on-schedule completion and will provide regular updates to minimize project drama.
- Site Access: Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property for the duration of the project.
- Cleanliness: We commit to maintaining clean jobsites and removing all construction debris upon completion.
